Dramatic influx of cash for Kamala sends latest alarm bells for Trump campaign
Donald Trump's election campaign is said to be in panic mode after Vice President Kamala Harris' political team fundraised more than $300 million in August - more than double the amount gathered by the former president. Senior officials directing Trump's election campaign had been brimming with confidence when incumbent Joe Biden announced his withdrawal as the Democratic nominee last month. But the momentum and the money have suddenly shifted in favor of the Harris campaign who claim they have raised more than $540 million since she entered the race on July 21.
