Joey Lawrence's Estranged Wife Samantha Cope Seeking Full Custody of Their 19-Month-Old Daughter
Samantha Cope is asking for full custody of her and Joey Lawrence's 19-month-old daughter, Dylan Rose. Cope, 37, filed for divorce from Lawrence, 48, citing irreconcilable differences, according to a divorce filing obtained by PEOPLE. Cope submitted the paperwork on Aug. 13 and listed June 7, 2024, as the date of separation. Cope requested sole physical custody of their toddler while permitting Lawrence visitation at her discretion. She specified that once Dylan is 3 years old, Lawrence "will have the option to take her for 2 nights in her home location if he is not working and can facilitate her visiting.
