Justin Timberlake was "not intoxicated" when he was arrested for DWI in June, his lawyer claimed Friday following a hearing in the case. Over a month after his arrest in Sag Harbor, N.Y. on a charge of driving while intoxicated or impaired, the case appeared before a judge on July 26, with Timberlake's attorney Edward Burke Jr. asking for it to be dismissed outright, citing signing errors allegedly made by the arresting officer, PEOPLE confirms.
