The golfer, known for his eccentric style on the course - was seen walking the links in a pullover sweater and neon green, yellow, and blue shorts in a tartan pattern. Not only that, but the golfer was even seen smoking a cigarette while on the course. Daly has about two years left on his exemption entrance into The Open for being a past winner.
