Comic Book Writer Gail Simone Debuts Cover for New Red Sonja Novel-Take a Look! (Exclusive)
Marvel superhero Red Sonja will be featured in her first novel in decades — all thanks to legendary comic book writer Gail Simone. Simone, who is best known for crafting stories in comics about Wonder Woman, Deadpool, Birds of Prey and Red Sonja, will be giving superhero fans a new tale to delve into with her new novel titled Red Sonja: Consumed. The novel will feature Red Sonja, the "iconic, fiery, she-devil with a sword" reimagined in a new "action-packed epic fantasy" that explores her origins while "giving her new depth and agency," according to publisher Hachette Book Group.
